As Founder & CEO of Restvia Global, holds a Ph.D. in Economics from a renowned German university. He began his career in finance and later served as Vice President of Royal China Fund, a joint venture company formed through the cooperation between Deutsche Bank and Guangfa Bank, before embarking on an entrepreneurial path. With over 30 years of international business experience across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, he has founded three respected companies and earned strong recognition in the business community. Since 2010, Oliver has focused on the sleep health industry, helping grow a leading company to serve nearly 100,000 families worldwide. In 2025, he founded Restvia Global in Toronto with the vision of building a globally recognized sleep health solutions company.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from a prestigious university and brings nearly 20 years of management experience. She has worked with leading organizations including Wanda Group, Lenovo, New Open, and Wukong Education, with expertise spanning HR systems, talent development, training management, and internal operations. Beyond her corporate career, she has volunteered for over six years with a major North American platform for women’s growth and empowerment, supporting more than 200 women in career development, family life, and emotional well-being.

Sophia Lin is the Brand Experience Director at Restvia, leading the brand’s identity and customer experience across showroom and digital touchpoints. With a background in brand design and visual communication, she brings a design-led approach that balances premium aesthetics with clarity and ease of use.

Before joining Restvia, Sophia worked on lifestyle, wellness, and retail-related projects, helping brands build cohesive visual identities and engaging customer experiences. At Restvia, she ensures every interaction feels calm, refined, and trustworthy.
